Our work in the late 1990ÃÂs has started to focus specifically on transition from the implementation of Total Quality Management to reinforce manufacturing systems to create consistency and solidify the value creation approaches and by the same time we started to look at holistically how organizations become world class using the models and frameworks of excellence such as the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and European Foundation for Quality Management Award referred to as the European Quality Award. Our extensive work which took many years culminated into developing the suites of companion textbooks that were geared towards supporting post graduate students particularly taking specialist programs in total quality management and business excellence. These 5 titles were endorsed significantly by Quality Gurus including Dr. Yoshio Kondo, Dr. Tito Conti , Dr. Joseph Juran, Dr. James Harrington and Dr. V. Feigenbaum. The suites of companion books on organizational excellence are still used today in different parts of the world in supporting professionals gain post graduate qualifications in quality and organizational excellence.
